Surprisingly light, Slendier rice made from organic konjac, an ancient vegetable of Japanese origin that has been used for thousands of years as an accompaniment to main dishes. Preparation: Drain liquid, rinse well with water, boil in hot water for about 1 minute, drain and add to pasta sauces, stir-fries, soups or salads.
