Cava made with grapes from organically grown vines. Throughout the whole process it has followed the regulations of the «Catalan Council for Organic Agricultural Production» (CCPAE). It is made from three traditional varieties and has spent 16 months resting in the cellar.

Taste
In the mouth it has a fresh, light and pleasant sensation. The freshness of the fruit and its more varietal characters stand out. Its good bouquet is accentuated by the small bubbles as it passes through the mouth. It is balanced and persistent.
Appearance
Pale yellow in colour, clean and bright. With a homogeneous release of carbon dioxide, visualised in the continuous formation of rosaries of small, fine bubbles that rise to the surface of the crown.
Aroma
Fruity with good twinning between the freshness of the fruit and the clean notes of the varieties used in its production, which combine with those obtained in its ageing and which give it character, freshness and a pleasant complexity.
