Gluten-free Buckwheat & Olives Burger

The Buckwheat and Olives burgers are a simple but very tasty dish, thanks to the particular and intense flavour of Buckwheat, a cereal rich in minerals such as Manganese and Copper & Olives, a fruit with a high content of vitamins E & A and Antioxidants.

Made with 100% organically farmed ingredients, these vegan and gluten-free burgers are a source of Protein and come in a convenient two-pack ready to serve.

Buckwheat* (22%), Broccoli*, Water, Green Olives* (9%), Chickpea Flour*, Sunflower Oil*, Caper*, Salt, Garlic*, Basil*

Thickener: Guar gum

Acidity regulator: Citric acid.

How to prepare:

IN THE PAN: Cook on both sides with a drop of oil until desired browning. Approximately 2 minutes.

IN THE MICROWAVE: Pierce the packaging and heat for approximately 3 minutes.

Keep refrigerated at a temperature between 0 and 4°C.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
